PREPARATION & CARE

PREPERATION
Soak bamboo whisk in warm water for 1–2 minutes before use.

RECOMMENDED ICED HOJICHA LATTE
Sift 4g hojicha into chawan or bowl
Add 15g hot water (75–80°C) and whisk into a smooth paste
Add 25g hot water
Whisk in zigzag motion until frothy
Serve over ice with milk of choice
Sweeten if desired
