This is my favorite matcha so far! It’s silky and smooth while still maintaining a consistent boldness that works perfectly in lattes. The powder appears to be very high quality, with a deep, vibrant green color. It has also kept very well over the past couple of months, even without being refrigerated. I’ll definitely be buying another once I run out for my daily matcha lattes!
